Subject: Application for the Conduction of Legal Quiz Competition
Respected Sir,
With due respect I want to state that I am a student of Department of Law and it
is my duty to suggest for the betterment of department. I suggest you to conduct a legal quiz
competition for the students of 8th and 10th semester students. The purpose of quiz competition
is to promote learning environment so that the students will be able to show their academic
skills, to prepare students for upcoming Law Graduate Assessment Test (Law GAT) and also to
prepare students for the future competitive exams and judiciary exams. I recommend you to
follow below marks distribution:
Constitution of Pakistan: 20
Pakistan Penal Code: 20
Civil Procedure Code: 20
Criminal Procedure Code: 20
Law of Evidence,1984: 20
Total Marks: 100
I recommend you following course for each subject:
Constitution of Pakistan: part 1,2,3 and 7.
Pakistan penal code: chapter 3,4,8,9,15,16
Civil procedure code: order 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8.
Criminal procedure code: chapter 14,15,16,20 and 22.
Law of evidence,1984: chapter2,3,5,6 and 9.
