information under Section 6(1) of the Right to Information Act 2005. Please supply me the
following information with respect to proposed construction at below mentioned property:

Particulars of the information required:

 Certified copy of the Sanctioned building plan with respect to the proposed construction/
additional construction in existing building at above detailed address.

 Certified copy of the Sanctioned building plan with respect to the proposed construction/
additional construction beyond, if sanctioned by your public authority.

  Certified copy of the approved survey map/ town planning map indicating the
classification of the above mentioned land in which sanction and permissions have been
accorded by your public authority.

 Certified copy of the site inspection report/ feasibility report/ verification report/ submitted
by the concerned officer(s) based on which sanction has been accorded for construction of
building at the above detailed plot/ address.

Application Fee of Rs.50 is remitted as __________________ numbered for Rs.50/- payable to

the Accounts Officer, Delhi Development Authority. Please send the information to my address
mentioned above by Registered post.
