Please supply me with the following information with respect to the construction of the
building, being carried out at the below mentioned property.

Particulars of the information sought:
1. Certified copy of the sanctioned building plan with respect to the ongoing
construction/ additional construction in the existing building at mentioned above
detailed plot/ address.
2. Certified copy of proposal submitted by the above mentioned developer for
release of occupancy certificate at mentioned above detailed plot/ address.
3. Certified copy of status of occupancy certificate approved or rejected by your
public authority.
4. Inform me the name, designation and office address of officers and subordinate
staff who verified the parameters of the ongoing construction/ additional
construction plan, specifically with respect to permissible floor space index,
floor plan and structural strength of the existing building to bear the additional
load.
5. Certified copy of sanctioned letter and floor space index permitted as per norms
of GHMC.
6. Certified copy of sanctioned accorded for cellar, ground plus above floors.
I have affixed the fees as per the rules under RTI Act and I am, hereby ready to pay the
additional charges for the xerox copies for the information sought under RTI Act, 2005.
