Project Scope:

The project involves designing and developing a mobile application that allows users to order food from
a local restaurant and have it delivered to their location. The application must be user-friendly, secure,
and compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.

List of Project Tasks and Activities:

1. Define project scope and requirements

2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis
3. Develop wireframes and design mockups
4. Develop the front-end of the application
5. Develop the back-end of the application
6. Conduct user testing and make necessary revisions
7. Conduct security testing and ensure data privacy
8. Launch the application on App Store and Google Play
9. Conduct post–launch analysis and continuous improvement
