Home – This page will be the starting point for most, if not all, users, and so will need to provide the broadest amount of
information while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

About Us – Client will provide information regarding the history of or other appropriate information regarding their

company. Products / Services – Client will provide Sabian.COM with full list of services and offerings to be posted in this

section. Contact Us – Contains contact information for the client along with the Information Request form.

Sabian COM has integrated a content management solution to allow you to easily update the website on a daily basis. It’s as
easy as using MS Word.

Fees

If you are satisfied and agree to this proposal, you will then need to make a payment of k10 within 20days.

Moreover, it is risk-free as we have a 20-day money-back guarantee. So if you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund
within 30 days. No questions will be asked.

Terms and Conditions

 Once the fee is paid in full, any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to
Sabian.COM for inclusion in the website are owned by you.
 Sabian.COM assumes you have the permission from the rightful owner(s) to use any images or design elements that are
provided by you for inclusion in the website, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend PNGSME.COM from any claim
or suit arising from the use of such elements.
 Sabian.COM retains the right to display graphics and other Web content elements as examples of their work in their
portfolio and as content features in other projects. PNGSME.COM also retains the right to place a discreet text link at the
bottom of the website page(s).

The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between you PNGSME.COM regarding all items
included in this proposal.

Next Steps….!

To proceed with, and complete this project, you are required to take the following steps:

1. Accept this proposal ’"as is" and fill in the ‘Website Registration Form. (Please note that changes to the scope of the
project can be made at any time, but additional charges may apply. Desired changes can be discussed later).
2. Sign ‘Agreement’ below and submit payment of K10 within 20 days.

Once these steps have been completed, Sabian.COM will set up the website for you. Upon completion, PNGSME.COM will
hand over the website account login credentials you. Of course you have the option to change the password.
