My name is Kinan Muhammad Rizkianda, a development economics student from Universitas Brawijaya. In
preparing for my graduation next year, I seek a place that offers learning opportunities to pursue my interest in
economics and apply my consulting skills in a line of work that creates impact. In addition, Vriens & Partners diverse
projects and close relationships with important stakeholders would allow me to challenge my curiosity while
enjoying my time working with the best minds.

Having spent 4 years in college, I ventured across various fields e.g. economics, capital market, and management
consulting. Throughout this diverse experience, I was able to improve my communication and research skills.
During college, I have been chosen as a project leader in economics and social projects where in my economics
project my responsibilities have been related to conducting economics research and creating analysis on current
issues about economics and public policy. While in the social projects, as a founder I lead 60+ people and managed
day-to-day organization operationsand set a governance system inside the organization involving leadership
regeneration, leadership transition, and executive leadership training for the sustainability of the organization.

Other than communication skills, my experience allows me to expand my knowledge in different industries. During
my time at the Ministry of Investment/Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), I was given the
responsibility to write daily outlook economics reports and monitoring economic issues under direct guidance
from Special Staff for the National Entrepreneurship Development team to manage key projects, either monitoring
or directly managing the project for SMEs regulation in Indonesia. Other than writing, I was also fortunate enough
to improve my oral communication skills throughout my time in Investree where I was responsible for several
communication with internal stakeholders, while also ensuring key deliverables are executed in a timely manner.

With the said set of skills and exposure to several industries, I consider myself as a great fit for Vriens & Partners
candidate as I believe the company would benefit from my passion for learning and knowledge. Thank you for your
