INTRODUCTION:
I Neshifa Shamshad Ahmad, a socially engaged intellectual with great
communication skills, who is blessed with lots of friends. I maintain a
sharp vision of the facts of life in order to treat people with a positive
attitude. In order to live a happier life, I strive to follow healthy
habits, such as reading, writing, listening, singing, etc. Awareness
gives me the ability to grow and manage all kinds of situations. It
makes me also more pragmatic and realistic. Thus, like most other
people, I seem to understand things better. Skilful people are more
trustworthy, truthful and genuine than other persons, because
knowledge consists of human capacity.
In reality, I am a friendly socially active person, a strong
communicator with many friends that is indeed a blessing. I take a
close look at life and thus approach people in a constructive way.
With real effort and real commitment, I always prove helpful. In
addition, I still feel happy and happy to meet people from different
backgrounds and cultures and welcome them. Since these meetings
are often relevant, since they prove useful in future, things can also be
easily handled, whether you are working or studying in your own
country or elsewhere
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
I graduated from Government College University , Faisalabad
Pakistan, through and affiliated university (Superior University
Gujranwala Campus)with 4 year bachelors in business administration
from the department of Business in 2023 with aprox CGPA 3. 09/4 .
In various curricula and co-curricular. Really, I was up to the standard
and honored in my classmates' Top 1 list. I remain very competent
and have passed all entry examinations, as observed by the
worthwhile efforts by the academic’s institution of my education. I
have completed my 16th year of education from Government College
University Faisalabad in 2023.
I did my matriculation and intermediate from Board of Intermediate
and Secondary Education Gujranwala. Now I want to do Masters in
Business Administration to improve my education to a level where I
can serve for humanity in a better way. I believe that it will give me a
chance to grow and strengthen my Business expertise and skills,
which are part of my professional objectives. It will give me the
chance to study and have knowledge in a highly skilled
interdisciplinary setting. I am pretty sure that I’ll fulfil the
commitment and perseverance necessary in order to get the best
results in this area.
STUDY PLAN IN CHINA:
In pursuit of my academic and career goals, I have outlined a
comprehensive study plan that encompasses a blend of core courses,
elective modules, research projects, internships, and experiential
learning opportunities. I intend to immerse myself in courses covering
key areas such as Strategic Management, Marketing, Finance, and
Entrepreneurship, which will provide me with a solid foundation in
business fundamentals.

Additionally, I plan to specialize in areas such as [Accounting and

financial management], leveraging elective courses and research
projects to deepen my expertise in this domain. Collaborating with
esteemed faculty members and fellow students, I am excited to engage
in research initiatives that explore emerging trends and innovative
strategies in Accounting and financial Management, contributing to the
advancement of knowledge in the field.

Furthermore, I am committed to gaining practical experience through

internships and industry collaborations, where I can apply theoretical
concepts to real-world scenarios and hone my problem-solving skills.
By actively participating in extracurricular activities, networking
events, and professional development workshops, I aim to broaden my
perspective, cultivate leadership skills, and forge valuable connections
within the business community

I am drawn to China's remarkable economic and technological

advancement, as well as its esteemed educational institutions. The
country's commitment to fostering international collaboration and
providing ample opportunities for growth resonates deeply with me.
Moreover, the strong and friendly relations between China and
Pakistan further solidify my decision. In pursuit of intellectual growth
and personal development, I am excited to embark on this

WHY MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION?

Having completed my undergraduate degree in Bachelors of Business
Administration from Government college university Faisalabad
Affiliated by Superior University Gujranwala, I have developed a solid
foundation in Marketing, Finance, Strategic management and
Entrepreneurship, laying the groundwork for my pursuit of advanced
studies in business administration. Throughout my academic and
professional endeavors, I have consistently sought opportunities to
expand my knowledge and skills, driven by a deep-seated commitment
to personal and professional growth.

My decision to pursue a Master's in Business Administration stems

from a desire to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of business
principles and practices, with a particular emphasis on innovation and
strategic management. I am drawn to the dynamic nature of the
business world, where innovation serves as a catalyst for growth and
success. Through this program, I aim to equip myself with the tools and
insights needed to navigate the complexities of modern business
environments and drive meaningful change.

FUTURE PROSPECT:
Academic career: One of the most common outcomes is pursuing a
career in academia.
Entrepreneurship: leveraging research expertise to create innovative
products or services.
Consulting: As consultants, offering expertise to help companies
solve complex technical problems or develop new software
applications.
Government and public sector: can work for government agencies or
non-profit organizations, leveraging International Business expertise to
tackle important public policy challenges
CONCLUSION:
The only thing I really need is to improve my sight to see things
through a business prospective. China is a massive opportunity for
multinational companies and is leading the path to the new era.

citizens, and are a major plus for those who want to become researcher
