Achievers have the vision to see scvcral doors opening when windows olopporlunity close. As a river
managcs to cut through mountains and change tl.re landscape rvith its persistencc. I too believe that
with the samc vigor of determination and hard work life brought me to whcrc I am today. My plan is
clear and all I am looking lbrward to is a chance to open my intellectual and creative door in order to
broaden my view beyond the usual. I strive to lace challenges of achieving greater heights in a
compresscd timeliame. I have madc the choice to diverge from thc mainstream path to exclusive
specialization in a single intellectual realm with serious commitment lowards it.

I have read during my tender years that "Action without vision is Disaster and vision without action is
Day-Dream.'' So here I Manali Shah, a graduate student from Faculty of commerce. who is
rcsponsible by nature, straight forward by character, positive thinker by attitude and humor loving by
habit. confident that I havc a vision in place. So now all rcmains to be done is to take propcr action as I
don't belier e in jusL day dreaming.

I have complcted my primary (SSC) education tiom the best school of my statc with distinction by
2009-10. Twetve years of my basic education have conjured discipline, punctuality, and gumptious
naturc in me. I believe it helpcd mc to completely focus to pursuc a carccr that would make me
independent and successful in life. My educational background prepared me through and through to
stabilize my career. This was an eyc opener and leaded my lif-e towards thc attainmcnt of'm1' goal in
lif'e.

I have also joined Chartered Accountancy in Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) alter
completing my HSC in 2012 along with Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting and Financial
management with Human Resource Management, Higher Financial Accounting. Business Ethics.
Marketing Research and Management Accounting as a major subjects under faculty' o1'Commcrcc
liom the Maharaja Sayajirao University Of Baroda and right now I am perusing my Articleship in K C
Mehta & Co. alier clearing my intermediatc in 2013.

During m-v Articleship I have leant how to interprete and analyze the llnancial statements of
Companics. lt has provided wide range of work exposures in various Audits. It makcs me morc
interactive, confi dent and responsible.

I believe that without masters' education is incomplete, also my skills and intcrcst allurcs mc touards
MBA. Morcovcr In the dynamic and buzzing corporate world if one has to sustain and be at the
fbrcfront of thc competition it has become imperative lor an individual to undergo prot-essional
training in order to abreast of thc changing cnvironmcnt and takc cognizancc of the variablc
circumstances prevailing in the corporate scenario. The most essential component ol'successlully

So during this period of my work profile in my organization I made rn1' dccision to pursue Master's
degree in ti.S.A. and more specifically with Master of Business Administration (finance) as my rna jor
field. The Master o[ business Administration would be a stepping stone fbr achieving my career
objectives. 1he program would provide me with the necessary expe(ise and sound knou,ledge in the
field of Management. With Master's degree in Management I f'eel I would have tremendous potcntial
to advance my career objcctives. It would also give me an opportunily of interacting and working with
people lrom diverse nationality, economies and cultural background. This r.r'ill broadcn my'horizons,

After completion o1'my Mastcr's program I would like to comc back to India and 10 work in mv firm.
During this period, I intend to productively apply the knowledge that I have gained liom my Graduate
and Masters Dcgree to the various dimensions in our firm and gain invaluable industrial exposure in
management in my field of interest.
