STATMENT OF PURPOSE- University of Creative Arts

Despite having a science background, my earlier experiences have taught me that management is about
more than just "being a boss." It involves excellent leadership, mastering the art of communication,
resilience, knowing how to negotiate a good deal, having a solid grasp of mathematics, being an efficient
and original problem-solver, and forming all the proper connections. I've seen that global management
encompasses a variety of significant business domains, including strategy, operations, data analysis,
marketing, and finance. Therefore, no matter how big or little a firm is, having top-notch management
abilities will always be necessary. I believe that this master's program will help me understand the
business world and help me recognize my interest in a certain business field. This is the reason I wanted
to pursue a Global Masters's in Business and Management from the University of Creative Arts. I will be
better able to comprehend the complicated, dynamic business environment and seize opportunities for
growth and connection as a result of doing this business and management course.

Talking about my academic background, I did my class 10th from the Punjab Educational Board in 2013.
It was about this time that I became interested in the field of science, particularly biology, and decided to
pursue a career to fulfill my hopes and ambitions of becoming competent in this field. With this in mind,
I completed my intermediate with a science stream under the same board in 2015. After that, by gaining
good knowledge and good grades in biology I decided to do my undergraduation with B.Pharma in the
year 2019 from the Punjab Technical University. While pursuing this course, I learned about drug
synthesis, dosage formulation, chemical, instrumental, and preclinical analysis, testing of new drugs on
laboratory animals, patenting of new drugs, drug marketing, etc. During four years of graduation, I also
got my backlogs but after putting in a lot of effort, I was able to clear them with good grades. After that
from 2019-2020, I took a break to prepare for my master's as I wanted to apply to an international
university. With that, in 2020 I appeared for an IELTS where I scored 6.0. In 2020, I started working for
Chirag Marketing Company, where my tasks include verifying medication doses on pharmaceuticals
supplied by health care practitioners and preparing prescriptions under physician instructions. I am
currently serving in this role, but as a pharmacist, I have developed management skills as well such as
teamwork, leadership, communication, and many more. And with this, I researched and read a lot of
articles on company management, and I discovered that in today's world, the business sector offers a lot
of fantastic job prospects. I now intend to pursue a higher degree in global business and management
since I believe that a masters from a foreign university will broaden my career options.

I chose to further my education in Business and Management because I believe that taking this degree
will propel me to the forefront of management in the business industries. This Master of Business
Administration degree is a broad business and applied management Master's degree that is intended to
represent the current business landscape and will offer me an advantage in applying for well-paid
managerial positions. Global Industry Features and Creative Industries, Understanding Consumers,
Marketing Management, and Global Marketing Planning & Strategy are the course's key modules.
Understanding Consumers will allow me to examine the evolution of consumer behavior, and as a result,
I will be aware of the challenges of digital expansion while maintaining loyalty. Whereas, marketing
management will help me to manage market metrics, develop objectives, and create strategic plans and
actions that will raise consumer value, contentment, and loyalty. Each of these modules will help me
expand my knowledge to accomplish my long-term career goals.

The University for the Creative Arts has received top ratings from The Sunday Times Good University
Guide for offering quality degrees, which is beneficial for me because I will get the greatest knowledge
and information for my future growth. The university of Creative Arts is ranked seventh overall in the UK
for business, management, and marketing. The business courses at UCA share a base room with
networked computer resources, and I will also have access to our broad range of campus facilities. Which
includes print studios with many screens printing options, photography studios, 3D workshops, and a
media store where I can borrow film and photography gear. I believe that university is the ideal place for
me to get practical and theoretical knowledge.

According to my study, the United Kingdom is the sixth greatest country to establish a business, and it is
home to the world's top financial center, with London alone supporting over six million jobs. With so
many opportunities, British cities draw companies from all over the world and are a major exporter of
talent, ideas, and technology. I'll be able to develop professionally and personally by attending school in
such a great place. The varied multicultural talent pool in the United Kingdom will assist me with
transferrable skills such as problem solving, analytical reasoning, and many more that can be applied
everywhere, from multinational corporations to non-governmental organizations. I am confident that
this location is ideal for completing my business management study.

India will be full of possibilities in the next years, particularly in the sector of business, and I intend to
take full advantage of this fact. Therefore, I want to be completely equipped to face the upcoming
challenges in the business sector by studying for the master's in Global Business and Management
programme in the UK. In the short term, I'd like to utilize my knowledge as a business manager at an
organization like eBay, Walmart, or Deloitte. In contrast, my long-term goal is to establish my own
financial firm in India while also assisting job seekers.

After I complete this degree at this university, I am sure that my career goals and desires will proceed in
the right direction. I, therefore, want the authorities to give me this opportunity. Kindly take my
