There are many reasons for me to pursue masters in finance;

1. To get expertise and make a path to professional world for my career,

2. I believe that masters can be a great investment, a person who owns master
degree earn more prosperity and wealth than the person holds bachelors.
3. Another reason for me is to get dream job in the corporate like JP Morgan, Black
Rock with a good knowledge and Position.

3. Describe your educational journey so far, right from High school to the last acquired
degree. (Graduation: - Why did you choose the particular stream) Highlight your
accomplishments, mention some noteworthy extracurricular activities.
I have completed my schooling from CBSE affiliated schools, from nursery to 10 th standard from Gyan
Sagar Academy Ujjain and then specialization stream in commerce i.e., 11 th and 12th from Garima Vidhya
Vihar, Indore. I belong to family background where ages has been spent in business as occupation,
which work as a motivation factor for me to learn knowledge and acquire skills related to world of
corporate and business. After completing my senior secondary schools, I went to Symbiosis University
of Applied Science, Indore for Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Retail and Ecommerce. It
was a gratitude for me to complete my Bachelors from India’s first Skill university which focus on 70% as
practical and 30% theory by faculties who have great exposure to corporates. Our bachelors subjects
were almost similar to subjects taught in MBA across the country, so that we can have a good exposure
and knowledge about corporate working just after our bachelors.

4. Detailed description about internships and Projects are required as to what were the
challenges and learning from them. Pick 1 or 2 major projects or accomplishments.
Students at Symbiosis University are required to work as interns or accomplish a project every
semester as part of the co-curriculum. So far, I have done three internships. My first one was
with Future Lifestyle Fashion Pvt, Ltd. I served as the Brand Associate, where I managed
merchandise display, enhanced customer loyalty, and provided end-to-end customer service, as
a result of this internship, I have improved my communication skills, gained a deeper
understanding of the customer mindset, and developed an understanding of their preferences.
During my second semester internship, I worked at J- Curve media as a Strategy Associate,
where I developed and analyzed social media strategies for steel industries. This was a
strenuous internship for me since the covid period ruined everything. Being a strategy associate
meant staying on top of things online, coordinating with seniors, and understanding what was
going on. I gained a better understanding of how to work in a team and how to adapt strategies
based on the environment in challenging situations. As a result of this internship, I have learned
leadership and problem-solving skills. In my third internship, I worked at The Vestures as a
Purchase Assistant, where I managed stock according to demand and analyzed

trends. Throughout the internship, I gained skills to manage finance according to
customer demand, as well as learn customer reaction to trends and environment. In
addition to these activities, I have worked on projects during my bachelor's. I did a
detailed analysis of the apparel sector during COVID 19 and drew conclusions about
various companies; I also worked on another project about service-based companies to
analyze their strategy and finance management. As a result of both projects, I improved
my thinking and decision-making skills.

  Brief description of your family background highlighting any significant point that you
feel is worth mentioning. (Is there anyone in your family who is in the same field? Who
inspires you?) I am the son of a businessman who deals in apparel, and my mother is a
homemaker. Applying for an internship in the apparel industry was a way to support my father's
business.

5. Professional Experience, which organizations you have worked in? Illustrate your role
and responsibilities. Again, highlight your accomplishments (rewards and recognitions),
and how have you linked your job with your career objectives. What are skills you have
gained in your professional journey. Cite suitable examples.
(Explained it all in 4)

6. Think of the challenges? How have you solved them? What have you learned out of it
and have you received any rewards for that work?
(If you are a fresher or have no full-time work experience, you can ignore this.)

7. Highlight the efforts that you have made to achieve your career objectives (online
courses, internships, part-time jobs, or certifications).

9. Why now? Why do you feel that Master’s degree is imperative for you? Link your career
objectives with it. What do you want to do after the program? (short-term and long-
term goals are to be mentioned) (You can mention what kind of company you would
like to join, or you would like to be an entrepreneur, where do you see yourself in this
industry?)

Masters’ degree will be imperative for me because I have going for more specialized
field to add on my career since I want to join corporates like Black Rock, JP Morgan,
Goldman Sachs, Citi group

10. Why this particular course? What skills or knowledge are being enhanced through this
course? How this program will help to achieve your career goals?
I believe 90% of start-ups or corporates start and end with two things - the founders' mindset
and finance management. Finance is very much a vocational subject which can open many doors
to various career opportunities around the world, from financial management or insurance, to
commercial banking and hedge funding. Studying finance means you’ll need to be able to think
objectively while ensuring your communication skills are top notch as you liaise and collaborate
with your fellow cohort. These interactions will be perfect practice for the close relationships
you’ll need to build with colleagues in the workplace. Having a master’s in finance degree on
your CV can really make an impression.

No
