MBA with Leadership – May 2022

Life has never given me anything in a platter, instead I have always had to work hard to achieve
something for me. Whether it be an ice cream after making roti (bread) for my household or
working relentlessly just to get that one beautiful dress I wanted. So, here’s me again, working
hard to get something again. And this is one of the greatest wish, I had and the hardest thing I
had to strive towards. This opportunity of MBA with Leadership will create a pathway for me to
not only influence me but a lot of people around me as well. Education is one thing that either
makes or breaks a person life and the lifestyles he wishes to have. For me education has always
been one of the pinnacles of my life and something that made me stand out from people
around me. I did my schooling from Aga Khan School in Karachi. 2013 was the year when I
graduated with a matriculation degree from AKS and the year it solidified my decision that I
have to make something of my life. Then my intermediate education was completed in 2015
from Trinity Girls College with a major in Commerce. The courses included Accounting,
Economics, Business Maths etc. After that I studies my Bachelors from University of Karachi
(14th standard) with Arts Group 2019 Major-Political Science, Education, Sociology and then
recently I have also completed a Diploma Level 7 in Nov 2021 which was Strategic Management
& Leadership Diploma from Qualifi.

This initial interest in commerce and management sciences piqued my interest in the business
side and when it came to choose a university I knew I wanted to further my horizons by going
out of my comfort zone and choosing Arts instead of Commerce that was an easy choice. This
shows how from an early age that I do not want to limit myself to one thing instead I want to
experience and look for better opportunities. Then in 2020 I got a job at Emaar Pakistan as a
customer service executive. This opportunity not only made me more confident but also
increased my tolerance, whether it be to adverse situations or too difficult people. It made me
more resilient and showed me that I am not only a confident person but also someone who is a
problem solver. When a person/customer came in with a complaint I made sure to give him
solutions and not let him hanging there without any answer or explanation.

Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership gave me plenty of knowledge of,
Marketing, HRM, Management, Entrepreneurship and Economics; it gave me awareness about
business culture and way of managing people in business environment. My aim is to learn how
to use these all fields strategically at a same time to secure top ranked designations in my
country and complete my MBA with Leadership from UWS. For this I have selected UWS and
London Campus. In my country MBA modules are not having creativity; they are currently
working on some older knowledge and strategies. International studies will give me chance to
learn new strategies and will improve my interpersonal skills. This will lead me towards success.

As part of this course, I’ll learn about different leadership styles, identifying sources of
development and growth, and how to influence people in the best possible way, while inspiring
team members in the pursuit of a collective goal. Upon graduation, I’ll be awarded an
internationally recognised and respected qualification that proves I have the resilience, talent,
and capability to take on positions of leadership and to build business success. Master’s in
business administration with leadership degree equips me with knowledge that shapes up my
career path. Moreover, it offers an insight into a wide range of career options that I would have
not ever thought about. MBA with Leadership degree will help me to get an insight into the
tricks and acumen necessary for competent handling of business and segments constituting it. I
believe that MBA with Leadership program develops my critical and analytical thinking. These
skills help me professionally in managing business issues and decision making by Understanding
the critical side of all the aspects. MBA with leadership will help sharpen my managerial skills &
soft skills necessary for man management.

I have well known research on my own and get information about ranking of UWS, is one of

nature of business education. Business degree applies to many different jobs because one will
learn skills that are important to a variety of industries. Some examples of business careers
include Marketing Manager, Regional Manager, Business Development Manager at Local as
well as International Levels. There are numerous companies in PAKISTAN, where I can apply for
job after completion of this course. Due to getting an international degree and
experience/exposure, I will have ample of chances to make my career here in Pakistan at some
Senior Managerial Level Position like Business Development Manager at any organization like
Engro Foods, Nestle or National Foods and can easily expect to earn minimum 2 – 2.5 Lacs PKR
in the starting. In short, there will be numerous opportunities once I will be back in Pakistan, as
the Pakistani economy is one of the fastest growing economy and companies are looking for
bright, enthusiastic and young aspirants with business degrees who can contribute to their
success.
