    IDENTIFICATION AND FAMILIARIZATION OF EQUIPMENTS/INSTRUMENTS AND


    APPARATUSES

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    A. Visit the CE Laboratory Room and take photographic documentations of the existing equipment
    and instruments inside; submit a report entitled

    LABORATORY REPORT NO. 1: THE STANDARD CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS’


    EQUIPMENTS/INSTRUMENTS, APPARATUSES AND THEIR USES

    Required Information:
    1. Actual Photo of the Equipment/Instrument and Apparatus with Caption (Date taken)
    2. Description of Equipment/Instrument and Apparatuses
    a. Name of Equipment/Instrument and Apparatus(es)
    b. Manufacturer (if available)
    c. Date Manufactured (if available)
    d. Expected Life Span (if available)
    e. Particular Usage
    f. Required Standards/ Calibration requirements (ASTM, AASHTO, etc.)
    (Research in the internet)
    3. Other Information (as you deem necessary, such as Test specifications)
    B. Conduct Laboratory Visitation on March 22 - 25, 2023; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (in your Convenient
    Time, as long as within the given timeframe).
    C. Coordinate with the Laboratory In-Charge for appropriate assistance and conduct of the activity.
    D. Submit the PDF report in an A4 sized bond paper, with content (Font – Tahoma, Font Size – 12)
    on April 01, 2023.
