Sushi is a popular dish in Japan. It’s popular in
all regions. It’s rice that has vinegar in it. Some
sushi is made by taking rice, forming it into a
cube, putting a little Japanese horseradish on it
and topping it with raw fish. Some sushi is made
by taking a sheet of seaweed, putting rice the
length of the seaweed, adding vegetables or fish
and then rolling it. I think sushi is one of the
best foods in Japan.
Miso soup is another popular dish in Japan. Miso
is fermented soybean paste. People make miso
soup with all kinds of vegetables, but almost
everyone puts in tofu. I love it!

People on the east coast like to think they are

My new tablet is my favorite gadget. I’ve had
it for about six months. This machine can do
lots of different things. I use it to browse the
internet and to chat online with friends. I listen
to music, watch movies, and play games on my
tablet, and it’s also great for storing photos. It
has a fantastic display, so the words and images
on the screen are clearer than on my laptop and
the colours are brilliant. I like to read in bed
before I go to sleep, and with the tablet it’s easy.
I can download all the books I want to read and
turn the pages with a touch of my finger. It’s a
powerful machine, but it’s also light and easy to
carry round with me. I love it!
