    After creating a case go to processing logs look for “Cache” and then double click on “Cache” to

    see how many times it is displayed. If it is displayed more than 13 times, then the case will
    start processing. Press CTRL R to Refresh. If Cache is being displayed, then it is confirmed
    that everything is working as expected.
