Check and review the plan and specification for the proper construction &
quality implementation at job site, perform pre‐inspection to ensure that
all installed materials are within standard in conformance to applicable
drawings & specs., conduct final inspection with owner's representative
prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities
that requires step by step as per inspection and test plan (ITP). Always
monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being
implemented by the construction group.
WITNESS POINT, QA/QC organization shell be notified of the timing
of inspection or test in advance, however, the test or inspection shell
be performed as scheduled if QA/QC organization representative is
not present.
HOLD POINT, QA/QC organization shell be notified of the timing of
inspection or test in advance, however, the test or inspection shell
not be carried out without QA/QC organization representative in
attendance.

Reasons behind cracks?
Poor curing practice, poor design, poor vibration which result in segregation, less
Rebar covering, poor quality of concrete, movement of false work of forms, higher
Water cement ratio.
What is the initial setting time of the concrete mix?
‐ 35 to 40 minutes.
When will you apply curing of the concrete?
‐ After the concrete has initially set.
What is the difference between MC‐1 and RC‐2?
By just looking and smelling MC‐1 smells kerosene and looks dull and is thicker,
While RC‐2 smells benzene (gasoline) and looks shiny and is thinner and dries
Rapidly.
What will happen if your asphalt content is more than 0.3%?
Ans. It will be more than required limits &bleeding will occur & thereby weakening
The pavement.
How do you determine Grades 40, 60, & 75 steel bares at the Site?
By its Longitudinal stripe Marking,
Grade40_ No Marking between the longitudinal Strips.

posts shall be installed on line posts at 90 m centers of fencing runs.
What is CBR?
California Bearing ratio is a penetration test for evaluation of the
mechanical strength of natural ground, subgrades and base courses beneath the new
carriageway construction. It was developed by California department of transportation
before World War II. (CBR shall be as determined by ASTM D1883).
