vendor rules:
It is understood that the exhibition shall commence at 6pm sat. april 28th and end at 11pm sat. april 28th Vendor must load in and set up between 3-5pm on sat. april 28th and must close downbetween 11pm and 11:30pm sat. april 28th Vendor may not use toxic substances nor have an open fire in their vending area Vendor and vendors staff must wear I.D. at all times while on the site. Vendor agrees to abide by all local, state and federal laws pertaining to their sales of goods at the event. It is agreed that vendor is responsible for paying all local, state and federal taxes. It is agreed that vendor is responsible for providing all insurance coverage needs required by the county. It is agreed that there are no refunds under any circumstances. Presenter reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone at any time and eject anyone at any time for poor behavior.
