Today, in this presentation, I want to talk about two brands that I trust and why I trust

them. Samsung and Microsoft. I’ll also discuss what makes a company trustworthy
and how to find reliable information about companies and products.

Samsung is a brand that I trust for various reasons. One of the main reasons is their
excellent after-sales service. They really care about customer satisfaction and
provide quick and helpful support whenever I have a problem with their products.
Another reason is their focus of innovation. Samsung is always coming out with
new and advanced products like smartphones, home appliances, and TVs. These
are the reasons why I trust Samsung.

Microsoft is another brand I trust. A key reason for this is that their software, such as
Windows and Office, is used by so many people all over the world. These products
have become essential tools in our daily lives. Also, another reason I trust Microsoft
is their focus on security. They work hard to develop strong security features for
their products and services to protect users from cyber threats.

So these are reasons why I trust these two brands.

Now, I will move on to answer the next question.

What makes a company trustworthy? For Samsung, it’s their focus on giving customers
great service, including after-sales support. A company that really cares about their
customers and helps them with any issues they have with the products is more
likely to be trusted. For Microsoft, the fact that their products are used by so many
people shows that they are trustworthy. Then how do we get reliable information
about companies and products? I’ll tell you a few ways. First, checking out
consumer reviews and ratings. Second, joining industry events or meetings to hear
from experts and company representatives. Third, visiting the company’s official
website for detailed product information. Lastly, watching or reading product
review videos from credible sources on platforms like YouTube. These ways will
help you to get reliable information about companies and products.
