1. “Written goals are a constant reminder” Explain this statement using what you learned from the
lesson on Write - (10 stars).
When explaining the statement ‘written goals are a constant reminder’ based on what I have
learned from the video on write it can be said that the road ahead will be clear and we will be
always directed / guided to move ahead in the path which we like to choose.
Also, if the goals are written then we will be able to face challenges in the pathway ahead, we
will still work hard to move these road blocks and move ahead. Also, the written goals and their
constant reminders will be very helpful to be clear about the goals which we have set.
When this will help to activate the left side and right side of the brain.
In addition when goals are written we can cut, edit, or bring any changes when anything comes
to comes to mind this will help to encode and store what we want
Also when its written can cut, edit or bring any changes when anything comes to my mind.
Encoding to store where we want.
Also when we write the goals The generation effect will help to generate something for your self
when u create a map for you u can see it u will remember about things whether they are big or
small.
Reasons which were explained in the video about why we need to write goals:
It will help to make things crystal clear. which helps us to become a better leader and trainer.
Also it will help to easily manifest yourself. Example In 2011 I wrote my goals from where I am to
where I want to be in my 65th Birthday.
Also goals once written will help us to be on track and visualize outside our brain and focus
specifically into what we want in the end keeps you motivated and reduce the level of stress
until bigger progress is achieved and results are achieved.
In add goals help us to achive a bigger self, make intentional decisions and to design strategic
plans with details to give solutions

The statement that you wrote for question number 15 is your life purpose statement. Revisit and
ponder about this, initially once every six months. Identify whether you have any new feelings or actions
that you want to incorporate into this statement.
A vision statement focuses on tomorrow and what you want to ultimately become. A mission statement
focuses on today and what you do to achieve your vision.
A mission statement is what you do/ the core of your activities and from it comes the objectives. It,
therefore shapes the culture and defines the day-to-day activities. It declares who you want to be, what
you want to achieve, as well as the values and principles upon which your life is based. It usually
illuminates your purpose in life and can be thought as your personal philosophy.
Stephen R. Covey stated "a mission statement is not something you write overnight… but fundamentally
your mission statement becomes your constitution, the solid expression of your vision and values. It
becomes the criterion by which you measure everything else in your life"
My vision!
Now write your vision statement, as you have it now. Remember that you can always rephrase and
change until you are completely sure of it.
___"To be a well-known influencer who can touch hearts of people throughout the
world.”_______________________________________________________________________________

Mission Statement
A helpful metaphor
Now let's say I wasn't diving underwater for another year. My mission might be to "prepare
myself in all senses to ensure that my path to the underwater will be as safe and enjoyable as
possible". Here, 'in all senses' could relate to how I get ready physically and mentally, including
sourcing the right equipment and team.

Here, both the vision and the mission are involved in the path to achieving my goal. At the same
time, both give me quite different points of focus.
Therefore, mission statement questions look like, what do we do, whom do we serve, and how do we
serve them?
My Mission!
““To reconstruct Maldives into a value-based and
peaceful place to live by eradicating the social
issues (related to youth, women, and drug
overuse), with the easy accessibility of practical &
world-class coaching tools to each corner of
Maldives in a sustainable way.”
Now write your mission statement: _”To be a game changer who is a inspiration for people living in all
islands of Maldives”
