Click on eSign.exe to download.

Click on Run

System will ask for Administrator password. (There is no need for password when using the internet on
computer or laptop.)

For user id and password, kindly contact Regional IT Department.

After entering User id password below window will visible

Note: - Kindly ensure that your Digital Token driver is connected in your System

Select path of Closing Return/Certificate PDF Document by clicking on “…” where the PDF file has been
saved and select it .

Then after, update the details of the setting, such as the reason, location, and date etc.

Select Signing Module > Certificates/Closing Return as per the specified document.

Select Manager/Auditor as per signing authority.

Now Click on Sign button.

Enter Digital Token PIN and click OK.

You will get message for Document Signed Successfully.

Now Click on OK.

Click on Open output file to get your Signed Document.

Open the PDF file.

Now the Signed file is ready to upload.

Your Signature is appended Bottom left corner of your PDF document.
