How Does your creative work or business contribute to the world?

- Nowadays, outsourcing is the best way to run a business, tap newer markets, and

maximize their profitability. Thanks to globalization, companies around the world

can connect to their customers better through their delegated services and online

solutions to make their experience better.

Who are the people, groups, and/or industries that benefit from your creative

work/business?

- Outsourcing is beneficial for both, the employer and employee. The employer needs to

hire someone to do the job for him/her in exchange for money, while the employee

benefits financially and professionally.

What have you always wanted to do if you had more time or money?

- A big flexible company that I could hire many employees.


What are your dream projects for the next year? Who do you dream of working with?

- My dream projects are an e-commerce, online food delivery or a company that have

employees that have their own expertise and talents. I dream working with a great

company in the Philippines or in abroad. I’m looking forward for this kind of business.

What are the immediate steps you need to take in order to attain your dream projects?

Starting an outsourcing business can be a challenging task, but with careful planning and

execution, you can make it a success.

1. Identify your niche: Determine the specific services you want to offer as an outsourcing

business. You Can focus on areas such as customer service, accounting, web

development or graphic design.

2. Conduct market research: Asses the demand for outsourcing services in your chosen

niche. You can research your competition, evaluate the needs of potential clients, and

determine your target market.

3. Develop a business plan: Create a comprehensive business plan that outlines your

objectives, strategies, budget and projections. Your business plan should also identify

your unique selling proposition and how you plan to differentiate yourself from

competitors.

4. Register your business. This include obtaining business license, registering for taxes,

and registering your business name

5. Build a team: Recruit skilled professionals to provide the service you offer. You can hire

employees or contract with freelancers or other outsourcing firms.


6. Set up your infrastructure: Establish an office, equipment, and technology infrastructure

that will support your business operations. This includes computers, internet access,

telecommunication tools, and software.

7. Create marketing plan: Develop a marketing plan to promote outsourcing services to

potential clients. This could include building a website, creating a social media presence,
