    1. Starting of Instrument

    A Open the valve of acetylene


    gas cylinder and adjust
    pressure 15 psi & for
    Nitrogen adjusts 50 psi.
    .
    B Check the pressure of
    cylinder,
    (not less than 200 psi.)
    C Open valve of zero air, the
    pressure should be (60-80)
    psi.
    D Double click on winlab32,
    Wait until spectrometer and
    Flame show idle status.
    2. Sample preparation:

    A Water & Strontium Standard


    B Preparation of dilution with
    water

    3. Closing Instrument
    A. Switch off the flame, go to
    lamp and click on on/off to
    stop the energy of lamp.
    B. Close winlab32AA software
    and switch of the power
    supply.
