■軽井沢駅∼万座プリンスホテル間は平常時 100 分程度で運行いたしますが、交通状況により遅れる場合がございます。
 新幹線の切符など時間に余裕を持ってお取りください。
■完全予約制となります。 
■定員になり次第、締め切りとさせていただきます。
■バス乗車時に手指の消毒と車内でのマスク着用にご協力お願いいたします。■車内では、水分補給以外の飲食はご遠慮ください。 
■検温にご協力お願いいたします。また 37.5℃以上のお客さまには乗車をお断りさせていただきます。
■乗務員は、
マスク着用のうえ、運転席と客席間にビニールシートを設けております。■運行後に、車内の除菌清掃を行っております。
■バスは途中立ち寄りの予定はなく、万座へ直行となります。（臨時停車の場合あり）
■チェックイン日・チェックアウト日のご乗車とさせていただきます。滞在中は、ご利用いただけません。
□Buses normally take about 100 minutes between the Karuizawa station and Manza Prince hotel but may be delayed
 due to traffic conditions. Please buy Shinkansen tickets in plenty of time.
□By reservation only. □The reception will be closed as soon as it becomes capacity.
□Please cooperate by sanitizing your hands and wearing a mask when you get on the bus.
□Please cooperate with our staff who will take your temperature when boarding the bus.
Passengers with a temperature of 37.5℃ and above will not be allowed to board the bus.
□Crew members will be wearing masks and vinyl sheets have been installed between the driver's seat and passenger seats.
□We perform cleaning in the bus after the service. □No food or drink allowed here other than rehydration in the bus.
□The bus will go directly to the hotel with no stops along the way.
□It is only a check-in day and a check-out day that you can take a bus. In addition, it is not available during a stay.
