    Chapter no 10 Internal Business Process performance

    1- Throughput Time = PIMQ = Process + Inspection + Move + Queue


    = 2.8 + 0.5 + 0.7 + 4.0
    =8
    2- MCE = Process Time/TPT = 2.8/8
    = 0.35
    3- NVAA = 1 – MCE = 1 – 0.35 = 0.65*100 = 65%
    4- TPT + wait time = 8 + 16 = 24
    5- MCE = PT/TPT
    TPT = PIMQ
    PIM = 2.8 + 0.5 + 0.7 =
    TPT hat = 4
    MCE hath = PT/TPT hath = 2.8/4 = 0.7
