INTRODUCTION

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an integral part of businesses worldwide.
It is the responsibility of organizations to contribute to the well-being of society, and CSR
activities are a great way to do so. Apart from contributing to the social good, CSR activities
also help companies improve their brand image, increase employee engagement, and
attract customers who are socially conscious.

As a part of our commitment to CSR, our company has been actively engaged in various
social initiatives aimed at creating a positive impact in society. In this report, we aim to
share our experiences with young students and inspire them to take up similar initiatives.

The objective of this report is to showcase the CSR activities we have undertaken and the
impact they have had on society. We hope that by sharing our experiences, we can motivate
young students to engage in similar activities and contribute to the well-being of society.

This report is divided into various sections, each highlighting a particular activity that we
have undertaken.

 About Finance: Finance means to manage your inflows and outflows of money.
 About Bank Teller: A teller acts as the customer representative of a bank and is
responsible for the accurate and safe handling of routine bank transactions.
 About Bank Manager:
I. Promoting and marketing the branch and its products
II. Meeting with customers and resolving any problems or complaints
III. Ensuring there’s a high level of customer service
IV. Monitoring sales targets
V. Reporting to head office
 About UPI: Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a system that powers multiple bank
accounts into a single mobile application (of any participating bank), merging several
banking features, seamless fund routing & merchant payments into one hood. It also
caters to the “Peer to Peer” collect request which can be scheduled and paid as per
requirement and convenience.
 These were the all the quick tips that were share with the young students that are
usually not told to them by there parents and teachers.
