     In your own understanding what do you think the functions or job of a Real Estate
    Consultant (REC)?
    - For me the Real Estate Consultant they’re professionals who specialize in helping
    buyers and sellers make informed decisions about their real estate transactions.
    They provides an expert advice and recommendation to client looking to purchase
    or to develop property.

     What are your thoughts about the qualifications to be considered before taking the
    examination for REC?
    - First you should get a license of a Broker or Appraiser.
    - I think it need many years of experience
    - There are multiple types of consulting that fall under the real estate umbrella:
    property development, consulting services, residential, and investors. Research and
    determine your area of interest, so that you have a concrete direction to pursue. So
    you should choose first your specialty.
