b) Biometric as well as Photograph is to be captured for all candidates. However, if in case, it

is found that the biometric is not being captured due to any medical/skin/other issue after
making multiple attempts for all 10 fingers and 10 toes, only then photograph alone is to be
captured. Nonetheless, biometric capture should be tried for all candidates.
