The Lovestruck wedding planning project mission is to attract the invest to invest

Project Purpose and Goals


The purpose of our project is to attract investors to invest in Wedding Planning
business. Our project is not only related to just an event, but our vision is to take
care the emotion of people that are attached to that event. The customer
satisfaction is the primary goal of our company. We will show this to our
customers that how they can free up their schedule by hiring us as their event
planner and how this business is growing at very rapid pace, and they can put
their share in this business.

 To attract investors to invest in the Wedding Planning Service


industry.
   To estimate the running costs and time required to create Wedding
planning services.
   To estimate the number of employees required to run the business.
   To provide a detailed marketing campaign to persuade investors
that this business will gain exposure.

Scope
In Scope-

This will include what services will be provided by our agency and what can be
beneficial for business.

 Analysis of the budget, planning the wedding day, and event design.
 Supplier recommendations
 Venue selection
 Entertainment on event-

Out of Scope

This will include what services will not be assisted.

 Marriage Certificate will not be responsibility of our agency.


 ‘Creation of guest list will be according to the choice of the customer.

 A preacher to join the couple in matrimony will not be the responsibility of
our agency.

Success Criteria
The Success criterion to measure the success of our project is if our 65% of our
customers refers to another people and 35% become our investor and ready to
become our sponsor.

Constraints
 Time to start the business will be no longer than three weeks.
 Cost will be under 1,00000 dollars.
 The event team lacks experience.
 There are few social followers.
 Lack of corporate and media connections.
 Little or no recognition of the brand.

Assumptions
 Our team well known about the event organizing industry.
 Business will go within the budget.
 Advertising on social media.
 Attract the couples by providing discount.

Budget
We intend to seek for a $50,000 loan so that we may buy the supplies we need to
get going. Within the first five years of our providing operating services, the debt
will be repaid.

The first year will be mostly devoted to paying for the appropriate insurance, legal
costs, business licenses, and credentials. Also, the beginning of our business will
require the acquisition of software services for accounting and event
administration.
