Good morning to all the dignitaries, guests, teachers and my dear friends. With great joy and
immense exultation, I feel privileged to extend my warm welcome to all present here for the
DCE Cultural club inauguration – Oozora Sai.
The word ‘Oozora Sai’ means “Heavenly sky”. We the DCE Cultural team always believe that
“Sky is the Limit”.
1. Prayer and Prayer Song:
“Let us begin today’s auspicious event with the praise of the most merciful and the most
benevolent. I request the gathering to kindly stand for the Prayer song.

2. Lamp lighting ceremony:
Now I call upon the dignitaries to light up the lamp.
3. Welcome Address:

To begin this program, we are pleased to invite the Joint Secretary of our club
Ms.Chandhini to welcome the gathering formally.
