    The Delegation from Brazil, Columbia, Peru is alarmed by the crisis we are facing

    today. We deeply regret the shootings of the Vice Chair of Ecofin, an integral unit
    of the United Nations, we inform the committee that if any other news of a casualty
    or mistreatment to the hostages is received, Brazil will take military action. The
    Delegation asks the Nation of Myanmar for cooperation. We express solidarity to the
    international community and are ready to help. We are ready to contribute to the
    ransom money as well as provide an transfer protocol for the same. Cryptocurrency
    is legal in Brazil. Brazil, Colombia and Peru are ready to provide 150 million
    Brazillian Digital Token which equates to 30 Million USD. We are ready to send our
    best negotiators. The delegation is continously working to improve the situation.
