BCM to ACM Replacement Program

Alerton recently announced the end of sales for all
BCM controllers and the last-time buy period lasts
through February 28, 2019. (The BCM-TUX end-of-life
was announced at the beginning of 2017; the BCM-
TUX is no longer available).

Alerton has expanded the BCM-to-ACM Replacement

program to help dealers encourage quicker
replacement of BCM arrays with the ACM. With this
program, customers can create a planned and
budgeted transition away from the BCM, and take
advantage of the greater functionality and usability of Compass.

Deadline (updated for new end of sales date): available through February 28, 2021, in order
for you to help your dealers plan through the budgetary cycles
ALL BCM controller variants are included in this program
$100 credit per BCM controller, up to seven controllers per array: MAXIMUM $700 credit per
array

For each BCM array returned, customers will receive MAXIMUM $700 credit. ALL BCMs controllers in
the array must be returned in order to process the program credit.

Only BCM controllers are eligible for the program credit; no other controllers are included in this
program.

PROCESS:
Dealers need to follow this process in order to take advantage of the ACM TUX Program.

1. PLACE ACM order that will replace the current/existing BCM array  (*Includes: ACM, ACM License,
and any other licenses, as needed) 
2. COMPLETE this “BCM-to-ACM Program Credit form”   (save on your computer) DO NOT
process a return online.
Indicate which products are being returned; if your project has more than THREE BCM
arrays to replace, please contact Amy Doran to obtain a di erent form.
Email completed form to Alerton Customer Service
Alerton Customer Service creates Return Credit # and sends to dealer
3. RETURN BCMs to Alerton/MBO
Return ALL BCMs FROM THE ORIGINAL ARRAY

4. Upon receiving the Return Credit BCMs, Alerton will validate the return and credit the dealer
