two years of experience in the industry to which I am applying. Second, I have had two positions
in different big companies which I got necessary skills from. And I applied specifically to this
company because of all the awards this company has received and will receive in the future for
when I work there, being the top company in Palestine means a lot of competition, which I'm a
sucker for, I heard about this job from weekly checking on the company LinkedIn account and
the main company website.

1) Excellent communication, leadership, managerial and supervisory capabilities, and decision-

making abilities. 2) Arabic and English linguistic proficiency (reading, writing and speaking).
3) Teamwork, initiative, and self-assurance are required. All that assists me to be your best pick.

I'll tell you a story about something that happened to me. It was my second day as a janitor at
KFC when one of my coworkers told me about one of the supervisors, who is disabled, and he
continued to call him that he sometimes gets rude but he has been in this job for nearly 20 years.
At that moment, I wondered how he communicates with others and how he is still in this job.
Later that day, I saw him and he tried to greet me by smiling and using his body language, and as
time passed, he was extremely friendly to me and I watched how he communicated with others.
And by doing so, I learnt that if an employee is kind and polite to others, whether they are
customers or coworkers, the entire firm would be pleased with him regardless of how he looks or
anything else about him, and that individuals may communicate via nonverbal cues and tips from
the older adults.
