The report is expected to contain the following
major items:
a) Historical background of the organizations right from
its establishment.

b) Depict the organogram of the organization you

assigned to.

c) Detailed description of the assignment that you were

handling.

Do not forget that, it must be directly related to

Management
d) Description of the strength and weakness of the
assignment that you were handling in relation to
Management.

e) Description of the threat and opportunities of the organization

where you were doing your practical attachment.
f) Possible problem (if any) that you have noticed with
respect to the specie task that you were handling, and the
working conditions in the organization, and staff
relationship.

g) Possible solution for aforementioned problems that you

would like to suggest and

h) Conclusions and Recommendations.
