After confirming that the meter's battery is
serviceable, plug the booster into the meter's

When equipped with the spot-probe attach-
ment, the Booster II enables the user of a view
camera or of an SLR camera with an accessible
focusing screen to make precise reflected light

Calibrationwith any of the four meters must be
done under continuous-light conditions. Even
w h e n y o u p l a n t o m e a s u r ee l e c t r o n i c o r b u l b f l a s h
w i t h a f l a s h m e t e r , c o n t i n u o u s - l i g h tc a l i b r a t i o n

b o o s t e r . U s i n g a f o c u s i n gc l o t h o r o t h e r s u i t a b l e
material to shield the focusing screen from
stray light, place the tip of the spot-probe
attachment flat on the focusingscreen.
1 0 . Set the aperture ring of the lens to f/5.6 and
use the stopdown button or lever on the lens
or camera body to close down the lens dia-
