no other language has become thus far.

academician, you cannot afford not to use the language. Are you an academician?

tourist visits Kenya, both the tourist and the host speak English to each other. Are
you planning a trip abroad?

English. Are you dreaming of becoming a pilot?

readership will publish in English. Are you a good writer?

5. English is the language of most international business, trade deals. Are you a
businessman or an industrialist?

6. English is the language of international sports events. Are you a sports person?

7. English news is broadcast/telecast in most countries. Are you in media?

8. English is the chief language of international diplomacy. Are you a diplomat?

9. In many countries, there is at least one English newspaper. Wherever you go,
you can read news.

We need not replace ( must not) our mother tongue with English, but English
is useful in several ways.
