I highly recommend Melissa Jacobini for employment within your organization. I have interacted
with Melissa in both the Team Leader and simulation role for the 2021/2023 academic years. Every
interaction I have had with Melissa has been positive. She is an open-minded student.

Melissa takes responsibility for her own learning. During simulation Melissa has had good
reflection. She is independent but also accountable and would seek assistance when necessary. Melissa is
patient centered in her approach. Melissa is a very enthusiastic student.

Melissa is open to constructive feedback which makes her accountable. She has a positive attitude.
She incorporates nursing interventions that are goal directed and meet the plan of care. Melissa’s is also
strong in the didactic portion of the nursing program and I am very confident that Melissa will flourish in
