Dear Nurse Recruiter:

Please allow this letter to serve as one of recommendation for my student, Melissa Jacobini. Melissa will
graduate from Lone Star College- Montgomery in May 2023 with her ADN degree. She was my clinical
student at CHI-St Luke’s Hospital-The Woodlands for the Fall Semester 2022.

It was a joy to have Melissa as a student. She is a true patient advocate plus she displays great
enthusiasm in her practice and with her peers. She has a very cheerful outlook from the beginning of the
clinical day until the end. She is curious and persistent in getting answers to her questions and in sharing
her ideas. Her clinical judgement is progressing well as she prepares to graduate. She is very willing to
use her fluency in several languages to assist in translation thus enhancing the care of the patient and
assisting staff and families. Academically, Melissa does well in the classroom and has been on the
President’s List. She is mature, punctual, and her assignments were done with care.
