It is with great pleasure that I write this letter in support of Miss. Chelsea Jarvis. I have had the
opportunity to be her mentor teacher in the 2020-2021 school year. Chelsea completed her
pre-clinical and clinical student teaching in my 3rd grade classroom.

She connected well with the students and staff at Minerva Elementary School. Chelsea has
many strengths, but her main strength, from my observations, is her ability to motivate and
connect with the students. She is a driven, organized teacher who eagerly takes up extra
responsibilities in the classroom. Chelsea was always well prepared for her lessons and arrived
at school early to prepare for the day.

Chelsea accomplished her student teaching with great initiative and with a positive attitude. I
recommend Chelsea to you as she would be a wonderful addition to your school. If you have
