REPORT AND DASHBOARD

GENERATION IN OLMIS

Expectations:
Participants completing this exercise will be able to:
• Generate and submit all NMCEP reports in OLMIS.
• Generate OLMIS Dashboards.

Preparation:
• Ensure that you were able to accomplish the data entry requirements (at least 1 data
entered per form and registry) in Module 3 Exercise.

Instruction:

A. Report Generation

1. Log-in to your OLMIS training account.

2. In the OLMIS homepage, select ‘Report” at the menu bar or right click then select
Open to New Tab. The page is redirected at the Reports Module.

3. In the report’s module, generate and send the generated official reports as follows
(specific cohort in reference to the data encoded in Exercise 2):
a. Week ____ Zero Case Report
b. Quarter ____ Year ___ for Malaria Case and Death Report
c. Quarter ____ Year ___ Diagnostic and QA Report
d. Quarter ____ Year ___ Vector Control Report
B. Dashboard Generation

1. Log-in to the OLMIS training account for your

province /city. This is in the topmost part of the excel file.

2. Navigate and familiarize yourself with the provincial level OLMIS interface.
Determine the consistency of data in the dashboards, report generated and linelist.
