Job Announcement

The State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) – Jammu and Kashmir desires to engage a dedicated and professional
team for rolling out of NRLM in the state. We look for individuals willing to work with poor who can put together
knowledge, passion and zeal to fight against poverty. The mission is expected to be implemented across the state
through establishing state wide dedicated support structure and strengthening community organisations.

The State Rural Livelihoods Mission – J&K desires to recruit full time professionals on contract basis for different
approved positions. Accordingly applications are invited from eligible candidates who should be permanent
residents of J&K for the following contractual positions.

Training Market

The engagement shall be subject to the following conditions:-

1. The selected candidates shall have to undergo training to be organised by National Mission
Management Unit for NRLM, Ministry of Rural Development, GoI and the appointments shall be
subject to successful completion of training.
2. The period of the contract in case of contractual employees shall initially be one year,
terminable at one month’s notice from either side. The extension shall be subject to the need of
the society and the performance of the incumbent.
3. The selected candidates for State Mission Management Unit shall have to move with the Darbar.
4. The candidates should enclose self attested photocopies of all the relevant testimonials/
documents with the application form.
5. There should not be any case of criminal nature pending against the candidate in any police
station/ crime branch/ vigilance organisation or in the court of law.

Note:

I. The application for can be downloaded from the official website of the administrative
department www.jkpr.gov.in. The candidates, if required, may use additional pages to fill in the
application form.
II. The applications should reach the office of the undersigned by or before 14th October, 2013
either in person or by post. Any application received after this date shall not be entertained.
