Executive - Strategic Business Management
 Analyse information from primary and secondary sources and produce
insightful and actionable deliverables.
 Prepare forecasts based on data sets and recommend improvements to
the business processes.
 Use operational data to develop various pricing models and identify the
areas for betterment.
 Attain practical knowledge of department reporting, data collection,
report output/distribution, and reports utilization
 Research and make presentations on the ways to increase the overall
development while lowering the risk.
 Organizing data, creating charts and graphs, and presenting your findings
to the leadership team with recommendations.
 Test various processes, policies, and protocols for efficiency and process
improvements in all areas of business.
 Understand the functioning of all the departments and develops new
measurable indicators for better output.
 Creates visualizations and dashboards using a mix of MS office packages
and software tools, such as Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, R programming, BI
or others.

        Variable Component: 5.50 Lacs
        One Time Performance Bonus : Rs 2 Lacs
        Total Compensation :  28.50 Lacs

appraisal and the rating needs to be Outstanding /
