Job satisfaction among teachers is important for their motivation to effect changes. However, in
China, job satisfaction in early childhood education is a pressing issue, which leads to high
attrition rates among preschool teachers. Thus, this study examined the role of school culture
regarding job satisfaction and teaching autonomy among teachers as a potential mediator of
this relationship in the preschool settings in China. Using survey data from 597 participants and
by conducting structural equation modeling, this study found that school culture exerted a direct
and significant impact on job satisfaction among teachers, whereas curriculum autonomy
mediated the relationships in this regard. The results indicate the need for additional in-depth
studies of the job satisfaction of preschool teachers in China, which exhibits a hierarchical
structure.(march, 2023)

Studies focusing on the effect of graduates' perceived service quality, graduates' satisfaction
and loyalty on graduates' perceived job performance are scarce. Therefore, this study was
conducted to narrow this knowledge gap. A cross-sectional survey of 430 university graduates
was carried out in Harare, Zimbabwe. Structural equation modelling was used to test the
research hypotheses. Results show that graduates' perceived service quality and loyalty each
positively influences graduates' perceived job performance. It was found that graduates'
satisfaction does not significantly influence graduates' perceived job performance.(2022)

In this study we evaluate and compare job satisfaction using a new theoretical framework based
on the theory of work values. A multi-criteria analysis of satisfaction method is employed to
measure the job satisfaction of graduates of the Informatics Department and the Business
Administration Department at Technological Educational Institute of Athens. The results of this
study indicate that job satisfaction is considered to be very high. This is mainly attributed to the
work environment, and the security and social status that come with the particular job.
Differences between the two departments are associated with how the earned money is valued,
the working hours and the security the job provides.(2013)
