March. This pandemic reshapes the world by causing changes like
 Every institution was closed
 low level of health
 uncertainty about future
 health issues.
 Millions of women left work
 Children mental health in crisis
 Burnout and stress everywhere
 Climate changes
 All these
 causes an increase in development of psychologist work. Now the
psychologist is no more working outside the therapist work, now
they got themselves with bigger, more visible roles in government
agencies, and media, on movies, in tech startups.

 Work of psychologist in reworking of employees

 As we know about the industrial psychologist, now we study their
role in our society. Charlene Z-hang is one of those -psychologist
who worked at home in because of covid 19, he displaced several
office workers to the offices in march 2020.
 Health issues solved by psychologist
 As the pandemic increase the anxiety and depression, in hospitals
the issues were nurses- shortage fatigue, face surging cases.
protests against vaccination. These issues were solved by
psychologist that worked in the front lines and providing care to
the patients and the workers by advising them group behavior.
 Reworking of women by the advice of psychologist
 Women left their job during this pandemic. In feb-2020 women in
the united state lost 5.4 %million job during pandemic and men 3
 %. Psychologist can help women express their fears, and listen to
the challenges and experiences.
 Children health in crisis
 As the pandemic rises by 2 years the demand of psychologist
increased for children because according to the center for disease
control reports that among 5 children there is a 1 child that is
mentally disturbed due to the condition fear due to pandemic and
lose of any loved one. 20% of these children got the care.
 Burnout and stress everywhere
 Due to the covid 19 there was stress due to closed institute and
offices and parks, educational services are even at high risk that
causes the increase of psychologist.
