Legs Workout For Athletics and Aesthetics

1. Bulgarian Split Squats- 3 sets, 10-12 reps, 1 min 30 sec between legs

2. Squat- 4 sets, 8-10 reps, 2 min 30 sec rest

3. Hip Thrust- 3 sets, 6-8 reps, 3 min rest

Finisher: 3 sets of 50 m sprints, 2 min rest
