Psychotherapy

In psychotherapy you found out what is your condition and your moods,
feelings, thoughts and behaviors.

Psychoanalysis
Sigmund Freud was a neurologist and developed psychoanalysis based on
his work with patients that feel pain but not in a physical way. Psychoanalytic
treatment is based on the idea that people are frequently motivated by
unrecognized wishes and desires that originate in one’s unconscious. These
can be identified through the relationship between patient and analyst.

Cognitive behavioral therapy


Cognitive behavioral therapy is a therapy technique that can help people
find new ways to behave by changing their thought patterns. The cognitive
behavioral therapy focuses on present thoughts and beliefs. It emphasizes
the need to identify, challenge, and change how a person views a situation.
During cognitive behavioral therapy a patient can learn how to develop an
awareness of automatic, unhelpful thoughts.

Dialectical behavioral therapy


Dialectical behavioral therapy is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy, but
the goal of this therapy is to teach people how to live in the moment,
develop healthy ways to fight with stress, regulate their emotions, and
improve their relationships with others. It is used in group therapy, individual
therapy, and phone coaching.
Interpersonal Therapy
Interpersonal therapy is usually 12 to 16 sessions, that is used to treat
depression and other conditions. focuses on your interpersonal relationships
and social interaction, including how much support you have from others
and the impact these relationships have on your mental health.

Family therapy
The therapy focuses on family interactions and dynamics. It also focuses on
exploring the patterns, conflicts, and ways of communicating in the life of
that person or everybody. Family therapy improves the communication skill
and the strategies of handling conflicts. Also, helping with relationships.

Psychodynamic therapy
Psychodynamic therapy is a talking therapy. This means that it is based on
the concept that talking about problems can help people learn and
develop the skills they need to address them. The psychodynamic improves
unconscious motivation, developing emotional understanding and freeing
themselves from conflicts and problems.
