Psychotherapy
In psychotherapy you found out what is your condition and your moods,
feelings, thoughts and behaviors.
Psychoanalysis
Sigmund Freud was a neurologist and developed psychoanalysis based on
his work with patients that feel pain but not in a physical way. Psychoanalytic
treatment is based on the idea that people are frequently motivated by
unrecognized wishes and desires that originate in one’s unconscious. These
can be identified through the relationship between patient and analyst.
Family therapy
The therapy focuses on family interactions and dynamics. It also focuses on
exploring the patterns, conflicts, and ways of communicating in the life of
that person or everybody. Family therapy improves the communication skill
and the strategies of handling conflicts. Also, helping with relationships.
Psychodynamic therapy
Psychodynamic therapy is a talking therapy. This means that it is based on
the concept that talking about problems can help people learn and
develop the skills they need to address them. The psychodynamic improves
unconscious motivation, developing emotional understanding and freeing
themselves from conflicts and problems.
