Greetings!

“Education is the powerful weapon to fight against poverty”. Attaining the highest level of education for the
learners lies on the two important focal of education namely, mastery of the topic by the teacher and highest
level of students’ interest and both are interactive. These two essentials of education can only be attained if
motivation takes place. Motivation defends on the activity initiated that ignites the learners to focus, thus extra-
curricular activities should also be implemented.

Dr. Emilio Osmena Sr. Integrated School has been very consistent in providing extracurricular activities for the
learners in terms of sports, talent and skills development. However, the school could not cater all of the
activities since the designated area for such is infeasible due to; muddy area if rain occurs, and severe exposure
to sunlight since it is an open area. These two situations may inflect harm to our learners.

In lieu, the undersign would like to request from your prestige office the following:

-asphalting of the school ground, and

-Four (4) tents.

These will definitely answer our stipulated problems in relevance to conducting of extracurricular activities of
the school.

Your favorable response on this request is a simple gesture of your support in achieving our goals. Thank you
