This is to reiterate the letter we send to and approved by your good office last October 10, 2022 proposing a 3-day Grassroots Course and Festival (GCF) program to be conducted purposely for the school children of Oriental Mindoro Division. GCF intends to introduce the sport of football with the concept of “Football for Everybody”. The program aims to train a maximum of sixty (60) teachers for coaching and a minimum of three hundred (300) school children for sports skills development. The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) through our association (OMFA) will provide the resource personitrainer, needed materials, and equipment for the event.
