Subject: Advance Salary Policy

Objective

This policy is designed to support employees to tide over any urgent financial exigency or
emergency for a short period.

Terms and Conditions

 Employees can ask for a pay advance usually to avoid an unexpected or unavoidable
occurrence.
 The minimum advance pay is 30% of employees’ monthly net pay.
 The full amount of the advance payment will be deducted from the employee’s
immediate salary.
 For advance salary the employees have to inform the Department (HR Head) on 20 th
of each month and they will be paid advance salary on 25th of the month.
 If the employees find themselves in need of more frequent need, they have to apply
for a loan with their valid reason.
 The company is not obliged to pay employees mandatory and may choose to accept
or reject the loan application.
 If the loan application got approved, the employee can get loan 50% of their salary.
