Salary Policy
Objective
This policy is designed to support employees to tide over any urgent financial exigency or
emergency for a short period.
Employees can ask for a pay advance usually to avoid an unexpected or unavoidable
occurrence.
The minimum advance pay is 30% of employees’ monthly net pay.
The full amount of the advance payment will be deducted from the employee’s
immediate salary.
For advance salary the employees have to inform the Department (HR Head) on 20 th
of each month and they will be paid advance salary on 25th of the month.
If the employees find themselves in need of more frequent need, they have to apply
for a loan with their valid reason.
The company is not obliged to pay employees mandatory and may choose to accept
or reject the loan application.
If the loan application got approved, the employee can get loan 50% of their salary.
