Why is it crucial to discuss preserving mental health?

According to my opinion, it is crucial to discuss maintaining mental health because, if we were to meet
these people and learn more about them, they may suffer from a mental illness brought on by internal
or external circumstances in their lives. It has been statistically proven that 450 million people
worldwide experience mental illness each year.

The high prevalence of mental illness, which is frequently shunned or ignored, as well as the fact that
most fundraising is focused on other extremely serious physical illnesses like cancer or tumors while we
are not treated for them

Immediately, they frequently forget or are unaware of the fact that mental illness is among the leading
causes of disability in some parts of the nation.

Every year depression is the number one cause often’s debility. Suicide rates around the world continue
to rise among adolescents, adults, and even children every year we see the disappearance of celebrities
and prominent figures who commit suicide and the case of this case costs more than 100 billion dollars a
year but unfortunately, we still not yet brave enough to talk about mental illness and discuss how
important it is to take care of Mental health.

Not to mention that many people with mental illness are difficult to cure because of the stigma that is
bestowed on all of them such as social pressure that considers people with crazy mental illness to be
incompetent, weak, and unable to even coexist in society to make people with a mental illness prevent
seeking treatment for themselves, the emergence of discrimination on the spot work or school exclusion
of the outside world bullying or violence is also the most dangerous making the closest family affected
to stay away from them so that they lose empathy and support from the closest people and the people
they need. Not to mention the effects of social media that give a boost to mental health.

I think that many of the negative effects that exist of social media on mental health seem to outweigh
the benefits provided, namely that social media has a dependency that makes us unproductive that
most of the time we use social media to distract ourselves. and makes us forget reality, about the
problems of life for a while, but the continuous recurring need to escape us from reality sometimes
forms an unhealthy addiction in us. And this can be a serious problem when someone with a mental
health condition is trying to find solace on social media instead of looking for the right medical solution,
Also as much as we see social media as a platform to sustain the right to freedom of speech and all that
also abuses their rights Everyone wants to be accepted but in pursuit of all these people tend to lose
themselves. They live a fake life trying to tell there are all their people that they live a happy and
pleasant life but in reality, it is the opposite. It can affect mental health. I'm not saying that social media
is entirely bad but from the habits of many social media users, this one is detrimental to one's mental
health

In the world of social media, People tend to share and open up about their life problems or even about
themselves, but sometimes this openness or sharing may not be welcomed by the public this can lead to
a backlash that can adversely affect people's mental health, which is the last concern of the media social
encourages people to live fake lives that make many parties misunderstand, Social media provides an
avenue for people to express themselves to the fullest but social media creates this subtle but high
standard in the minds of its users. Everyone is competing for attention

that's why we need to discuss maintaining mental health so that there are no further victims I think
Mental health plays an important role in a relationship, affecting Physical health even

our productivity level can help reduce suicide rates and affect the quality of life of a person, therefore,
maintaining health in my opinion there are various ways in maintaining mental health

such as stopping stigmatizing to sufferers of mental

disorders that they are crazy people begin to spread empathy and positive feelings to themselves such
as meditation, journaling, eating nutritious foods, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and
limiting the use of social media also spread empathy to others regardless of their part people with
mental disorders and not to everyone who

I think should never hesitate to share stories of mental

problems or problems in your life with

people trusted or better

yet you can go to a psychologist or psychiatrist because Mental health can not only be solved by
