ABOUT CUSTOMER
- People over 50 years old only transact with all 3 types of cards at least 3
times or less and account for 1 out of total customers of the bank.
- The age group of 31 to 40 had the most card transactions overall, and
they also made up the largest group of bank account opening consumers.
The middle groups of 21–30 and 41–50 come next. The age range
between 20 and 50 has the lowest number of transactions, which may be
because these people are either retired or not in the work force.
- The percentage of transactions over the years is somewhat less
significant, specifically, the number of transactions in 2016 only
accounted for 29.3% of the total number of transactions that year and in
2107 only accounted for 5.1% of the total. But in general, the total
number of customer transactions is still fluctuating year by year,
increasing slightly from 2015 to 2016 and decreasing slightly at the end
of 2017.
- Another thing that is apparent is the bank has a sizable number of devoted
clients, as evidenced by the amount of Platinum grades across all three
categories of credit, debit, and prepaid cards.

- The bank has done a good job of taking care of customers as well as
offering suitable incentives to stimulate demand for cards and increase
transactions through its bank.
