Problem - First, we, as a group, exchanged ideas of what we think the school needs or lacks.

Second, we gathered all the ideas one by one. Lastly, we evaluate and depend on the first groups
who state their problem that they see also in our school, after then, we pick the not stated
problem to be ours.

Solution - Our solution that we’ve planned is having a drink, a healthy drink. We gathered
ideas what suits the best for what is required or not required to sell inside the school. Then,
picking what’s cheaper but healthier because not of us can afford/give or invest a higher amount
of money.

Business Model - On our plan, after we have chosen our product, we’re advised to resell it
first, for us to know if it will become successful. Also, to know if our chosen product is what
we’ll make or do after reselling if it gets great feedback. But after being a retailer, we realized a
lot about what should we do when it comes to retailing and what to expect and plan.

Target Customers - Our target customers are inside the school. But, we focus first inside our
room or our classmates. They are our target customers because we only think what our school
lacks of and our target customers should be inside the school.

Feedback and Solution – The feedback we received was our product is high on sugar level.
Also, our first product is good to drink after physical activity because you needed more sugar for
energy. Then, we are suggested to find an alternative for it. As a group, we gathered ideas on
what are the best alternative for it. After it, we evaluate those products and decided on what’s the
best for our customers and we also include our financial needs on choosing for alternative. After
some discussions, we tentatively decided to use buko or make buko juice for our chosen product.
It is not yet final because we’re still thinking if what kind of buko we’ll produce.
